Filing Assist, LLC acts is a “Third Party Designee” as described in the instructions for form SS-4 to help its customers obtain Federal Tax ID Numbers from the Internal Revenue Service in a timely manner. Filing Assist, LLC only works on behalf of its customers and is in no way affiliated with any governmental or regulatory agency, including the IRS. Filing Assist, LLC offers the paid service of preparing and submitting your Employer Identification Number Application to the IRS on your behalf. Alternatively, you can visit the official IRS.gov website and complete and submit your EIN Application on your own.
REFUND POLICY
Any refund request made by you prior to your order being processed shall result in a refund of the full amount of your purchase. Once the application process has begun, your payment will no longer be eligible for a full refund. The service fee will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. In most cases, applications are processed within 1 to 3 business day. If for any reason Filing Assist, LLC is unable to complete the paid services on your behalf, we will refund the full amount of the service fee. If your application results in a reference 101 error and we are unable to complete your order on your behalf, you will be refunded the service fee minus a $15 processing fee. For a refund, customers must submit their refund request to support@filingassistllc.com or via our contact form found at https://filingassistllc.com/contact. The refund request should include the name used on the application, the email address used for the order, and the transaction ID provided in your order receipt that was emailed.
