Our goal is to apply for and deliver to you your Federal Tax ID Number (EIN) as efficiently as possible. Allowing you to know your application is being processed correctly.

Would you like our help with the filing process? We providing individuals and companies alike a filing service to process your EIN application on your behalf. We make sure your application filed correctly with our knowledge and competent knowhow.

Filing Assist, LLC works on behalf of its customers.
Dealing with the IRS can be confusing and at times stressful. We take the guesswork out of the paperwork and help assure that your application is complete.
  • Filing Assist, LLC will process your application with the IRS on your behalf.
  • Filing Assist, LLC is not responsible for the verification and/or accuracy of the information provided on submitted applications.
  • In most cases, applications are processed within 1 to 3 business days (typically within a few hours if the application is submitted during regular business hours).
  • Filing Assist, LLC charges a one time service fee of $59.00 for the application processing. There’re no federal fees associated with filing and obtaining an employer id number (EIN).
  • Any refund request (cancel the order) made prior to the application being processed shall be refunded the full amount of the service fee.
  • Any refund request (cancel the order) made after the application process has begun will not be eligible for a full refund. The service fee will be refunded minus a $18 processing fee.
  • If for any reason Filing Assist, LLC is unable to complete its services on your behalf (reference 101 errors not included), we will refund the full amount of the service fee.
  • If the EIN Application results in a Reference 101 error and a completed SS-4 Form has been delivered to the customer and then the customer requests a refund, the customer will not be eligible for a full refund. The customer will be entitle to a refund of the service fee minus a $25.00 processing fee.
  • For a refund (cancel the order), customers must submit their refund request to support@filingassistllc.com or via our contact form found at Contact Us Here.
  • Refunds are processed as quickly as possible.
  • The refund request should include at least one of the following:
    • The name used on the application
    • The email address used for the order
    • The transaction ID provided on your order receipt that was emailed
    • If the above are not available, don’t worry, we will work with you to locate your order
